TICKETS
BOX OFFICE At the northeast corner of the Arena, the box office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday. It is closed on Sundays and all major holidays.
On the day of the event, ticket windows will remain open until the headliner takes the stage or at such time that traffic subsides.

The will-call windows are also at the arena’s northeast corner. To pick up will- call tickets, present a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

CHILDREN
All guests 2 years and older must have a ticket. Children younger than 2 may enter without a ticket but must sit on a guardian’s lap. Please note: Some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry. Please check the event’s ticket policies at the time of purchase.
GROUP SALES
Citizens Business Bank Arena offers a complete in-house group sales department, which can help with group ticketing for family shows, concerts, ice shows, and sporting and cultural events. The department will help with block ticket purchases, accessible seating for those with special needs, bus parking and more.

DOORS OPEN
Doors open 60 minutes before the start of the event, but times will vary by event. Check the Web site or call to confirm.
RE-ENTRY
The venue does not allow re-entry during events. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons or to return a prohibited item to a vehicle. In such cases, the guest must coordinate with guest services before exiting the arena.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Metrolink runs its San Bernardino Red Line to nearby Rancho Cucamonga station.

When you lease a Citizens Business Bank Arena luxury suite, the experience is like having a private game or concert in the comfort of your own living room.
Whether in an oversized theater seat or nes- tled comfortably in the custom furniture inside your suite lounge, suite owners will be delighted at the spectacular view to the ice, court or stage.

CLUB SEATS
Owners get a premium seat location with a full array of VIP benefits. Club seats will be the best place to entertain clients, business associates, friends and family.
Club seat owners are scheduled to receive tickets to Ontario Reign games plus the first chance to purchase tickets for concerts, family shows and special events.
Sections 103, 104 and 105 offer the best sight lines available.

VIP BENEFITS
VIP Club membership: On the Main Concourse, the VIP Club will be the ideal place for pre-game and post-game socializing. Access to the club will be limited.
Preferred parking: Club seat owners will receive one preferred parking space for every four seats purchased. Those who buy fewer than four seats will have the opportunity to purchase a preferred parking spot. Preferred parking offers convenient access in and out of the arena.
Event priority: As future events are announced at Citizens Business Bank Arena, you will receive the first opportunity to buy tickets. This allows you to choose from more than 30 other events, including family shows and concerts.
Additional perks: Club seat owners will receive access to private VIP areas, ability to use private VIP entrances, in-arena concierge service, game programs and game statistics.
BANQUET ROOMS
Meeting rooms and banquet space are available for special events.

CONCESSIONS
CONCOURSE LEVEL
There’s the regional flavor of the pulled-pork nachos at Fourth Street BBQ and fan favorite homemade chili and quesadillas at Sabor SoCal. And with everything from the half-pound chipotle burger at Burger Burger to fresh pizzas and Italian-style hot sandwiches at Ciao Now, there are many choices. Then there’s the classic Big Diggety Dawgs hot dog stand at the corner of the main concourse.
SKYBOX LEVEL
For guests on the premium level, either in club seats or in the luxury suites, the San Manuel VIP Club creates menus with the flair of a contemporary American restaurant via their signature chef’s tables, which feature cuisine from around the world.
Another highlight of the club is the chef’s harvest table, which features natural, locally grown, organic and sustainable ingredients. Each homemade dish showcases the seasonal ingredients and specialties of the region.
Luxury suite holders may order from an extensive menu.
Specialty carts are a must for suite holders.
The Arena’s expert chef wheels the action right into the suite and will prepare a savory array of delicious chef-carved signature meats and pasta such as grilled peppercorn tenderloin of beef, applewood-smoked turkey breast, and a variety of tossed pasta dishes accented with fresh seafood.
Then there’s the dessert cart, stacked with assorted cakes, gourmet candies, delicious dessert bars, jumbo caramel apples and chocolate liqueur cups.
Finally, the Skybox Lounge caters to guests looking to experience the créme de la créme and some of the best cocktails in town for its more than 200 exclusive members.
ALCOHOL
POLICY
No alcohol or any illegal substances may be brought into the venue. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased with legal identification.
Sales end at the discretion of management.
The venue has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated. Additionally, the venue has the right to remove any guest who is intoxicated or causing a disturbance or is potentially dangerous.
GENERAL ATTENDANCE INFORMATION
PROHIBITED ITEMS
For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items.
Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility. Guests with specific or special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact Guest Services before arriving.
The following items are not permitted: Aerosol cans Animals (except service animals) Audio/video recording equipment Balloons, beach balls or related items Cans, bottles, glass or other beverage containers Chains, studded bracelets, etc.
Coolers or ice chests Illegal drugs Large bags and purses Laser pens and pointers Noisemaking devices (i.e. whistles, air horns) Outside food, beverages, bottled water, etc.
Professional photography equipment Poles/sticks to display flags, banners, etc.
Skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, etc.
Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
Weapons of any kind (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.) Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by arena staff
BANNERS/SIGNS
Hand-held signs and banners are allowed if they do not block the view of any guests or any sponsorship, directional or emergency signage. Any signage must meet the approval of venue management.
CAMERAS
Small, nonprofessional still cameras may be brought into the venue. Please note that for certain events cameras may not be allowed. Video, audio and professional camera and recording devices are prohibited. Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video, or audio recording for commercial purposes without the written consent of the arena.
STROLLERS/UMBRELLAS
Small, fold-up umbrellas and collapsible strollers are allowed and should be stored under your seat. All other strollers should be checked at Guest Services.
GUEST CONDUCT
In an effort to provide a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests, arena staff asks that all guests adhere to the following code of conduct: Guests shall be respectful to all other guests, fans, participants, event officials, entertainers, athletes, arena staff and arena property.
Guests shall not willfully and maliciously disturb guests or employees and shall not interfere in other guests’ enjoyment of the event.
Guests who drink alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
Guests shall smoke only in designated external areas, which include: Main Concourse southeast entrance near section 112, the northwest VIP courtyard near section 104, and the Skybox Level northeast patio near section 208.
Guests shall refrain from using offensive language, making obscene gestures, wearing obscene or indecent clothing, throwing projectiles of any kind and possessing prohibited items.
Guests shall never enter the playing or performance area, or interfere with the progression of the event in any fashion.
Guests shall comply with the direction and instructions of venue staff.
Guests are asked to immediately report inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher or building liaison.
Any other conduct deemed by the venue to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety or persons or property will be handled by arena staff.
GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services is on the Main Concourse near sections 101 and 108. Staff members can answer questions, collect lost-and- found items and provide assistance to guests with special needs. Look for any staff member wearing a Citizens Business Bank Arena logo shirt to provide assistance.
ITEM CHECK
If necessary, items can be checked at Guest Services, where each guest will receive a tag to claim their item.
LOST AND FOUND
All lost-and-found items will be collected at Guest Services and held for one week.
GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Guest Services will provide brochures in large print and Braille, wheelchair escorts, assisted-listening devices and other related assistance.
Accessible seating is available on all levels.
Elevators are located outside sections 103/203 and 114/214.

Accessible seating is available in the last row of sections: 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 108, 112, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 120, 121, 122, 201, 202, 203, 204 and 205.
EMERGENCY SUPPORT
FIRST AID
First-aid stations are on the Main Concourse level via elevator at section 103, and via elevator at section 203 for the Skybox level.
If for any reason guests are unable to visit first aid, notify the closest usher and they will alert first aid.
EVACUATION
Upon arrival, locate the two closest exits to your seat. In the event of an emergency evacuation, follow instructions to exit the arena.
ENTRANCES
There are two public entrances at the northeast and southeast corners of the venue. There is one VIP entrance at the northwest side of the venue. There is one administrative entrance on the due-south side of the venue.
SECURITY
BAG/SECURITY CHECK
All guests are subject to a bag search and security check without exception.
Guests should plan on passing through a check process and figure it into arrival times for events.
TAILGATING
Tailgating, trailer homes, motor coaches, overnight parking and related activity is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must park within the dimensions of a parking space.
All vehicles must exit the parking lots within one hour of the conclusion of the event or they will be towed at the expense of the owner.
