The variety of great places to eat in the Inland Empire is as vast as the area. Here are five restaurants with delicious food to get you started.

CANTON BISTRO
Known for: Exquisite Asian fusion — including sushi, Japanese and Chinese food. This trendy new restaurant near Citrus Plaza is open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily. The restaurant also turns into a nightclub at 10 p.m., and has a full bar with plenty of sake drinks.

LAS CAMPANAS
Known for: Traditional Mexican fare as well as specialty items in a beautiful new restaurant from the owners of the Mission Inn in Riverside. Open for lunch and dinner daily, and Sunday brunch. Choose from several exquisite dining rooms or a lush patio.
